Risoelatte was born from the idea of creating a small restaurant where you can feel at home. Everything brings us back to the familiarity of an environment in which, from the formica furnishings to the mismatched crockery, from music to objects, formality is rigorously banned to make room for the simplicity of the atmosphere of those years.

Reading through our menu you will find some dishes that will take you back in time, others typically Milanese, all carefully prepared respecting seasonality and using excellent raw materials often coming from small realities, such as the stone-ground organic flour with which we prepare the our homemade pasta or the saffron from L’Aquila which gives flavor to our risotto alla Milanese…and again, in certain periods of the year, the Norcia sausage, produced by an ancient butchery or the Taggiasca olives, coming from a family-run farm located in the heart of Liguria.

Even the butter, which we use to fry our tender Milanese cutlet, and the cheeses are organically produced in a farmhouse in the Ticino Park, and the now unobtainable “michette” are baked exclusively for us by a historic baker in Milan. Finally, the desserts, rigorously homemade, reproduce typical recipes from the 60s.

And after dessert, coffee, prepared with the legendary Moka Bialetti. So let yourself be carried away by the magical atmosphere that surrounds you and get ready to spend a few hours in joy!
